KickBoxing & K 1 for Children 4yrs +
Children’s classes are available from 4yrs-6yrs ( Little Stars ) 7yrs - 10yrs (Juniors) 11yrs-15yrs (Cadets) where your child or children will learn discipline. Respect, co ordination, balance, strength , confidence and technique. They will have the opportunity to take the journey to getting a black belt which so many children have done and to compete should they desire to do this.
We would like to add that there is no requirement to spar or compete should your child not wish to do this. This would however limit their progress in our belt system.
Personal training for your children who wish to train on their own there are one to one lessons that can be tailored to suit them in any aspect of fitness and training. These are available throughout the day and evening at a time that suits you.
