Learning a new skill can be major for some people this is why we use instructors that have developed from the basics and understand the difficulties and the required attention that you might need to get started in you new chosen hobby.
Our classes consist of bag work, pad work, boxing skills training along with fitness and endurance in our fully equipped gym. You will quickly notice an increase in your all round capabilities and quickly make new friends who share the same interest.
Sparring and Competitions are readily available for those who wish to participate although this is not compulsory. To do this you must have the required protective equipment ie; gum shield groin guard and head gear.
